Our Relocation Services Division has the state’s highest dollar volume, largest number of transferees served and the largest staff to attend to the needs of our clients. We have been dedicated to growing our Relocation Services Division for more than 21 years. We started out servicing ONE major relocation firm when there were only THREE firms in the entire United States.
TODAY …. Today we partner with every national Relocation Management Firm….more than 40 across the United States. We service their transferees who may be moving into or out of the Birmingham area. ALL National Relocation Firms entrust their Buyers and Sellers to us due to our large market share, the expertise and training of our Sales Associates, and our commitment to the cause of relocating employees. |

MARKET SHARE AND STAFF … Our market share for this type of business demanded a growth in our staff to 13 qualified, licensed and experienced individuals with national credentials, exceeding a combined total of 100 years experience. No other company in Alabama even comes close to maintaining a staff of this size in order to sustain a significant volume of relocation business. Our staff attends continuing education classes on a National level annually to remain aware of the changing needs of Corporate America. Three of our 13 staff members hold the highly respected Certified Relocation Specialist (CRP) designation, which demonstrates our level of commitment and expertise.
